Article 1. Purpose

Article 2. Definitions

  1. "Service" means an online service that allows users to enter information such as a WiFi name and password to create QR-based WiFi signs, preview templates, save, download, make payments, and place print orders.

  3. "Member" means a person who registers for the Service or creates an account in a manner designated by the Company and can continuously use the Service.
  4. "Content" means materials provided or generated during use of the Service, including templates, design elements, QR images, PDFs, PNGs, and JPGs.
  5. "Paid Service" means any service used in exchange for payment, including watermark removal, high-resolution downloads, paid templates, and physical print orders.

Article 3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

  1. The Company posts these Terms, company information, and contact information within the Service so that users can easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. When amended, the Company will notify users of the effective date and reason for amendment through the Service screen, email, or other appropriate methods.
  3. If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of amended Terms, the user may be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. However, for important changes or changes unfavorable to users, the Company may provide notice and obtain consent in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 4. Membership Registration and Account Management

  1. Membership registration is completed when a user enters registration information according to the procedures set by the Company and the Company accepts the registration.
  2. Users must provide accurate information and must not use another person's information or false information.
  3. Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords. Unless attributable to the Company, the Company is not liable for damages caused by negligent management or third-party use.
  4. The Company may refuse registration or restrict use if there are improper grounds, such as false information, use of another person's identity, or interference with Service operation.

Article 5. Provision of the Service

  1. The Company provides features for creating WiFi signs, generating QR codes, selecting templates, previewing, downloading digital files, placing orders, and submitting support inquiries.
  2. The Company may change all or part of the Service as necessary for service improvement, security, or operational purposes.
  3. The Service is provided year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, communication network issues, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.
  4. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of WiFi information they enter, whether signs are posted in their store, and whether QR code connection works in the intended environment.

Article 6. Payment, Downloads, and Orders

  1. The price, provided content, usage period, or download conditions of Paid Services are as displayed on the payment screen.
  2. Digital Content may be generated or made available for download immediately after payment is completed. Users must review their entered information and selected template before payment.
  3. If physical print or delivery products are provided, production method, shipping address, quantity, shipping fee, estimated delivery period, and other details follow the information shown on the order screen.
  4. Payment processing and refund procedures may also be subject to the policies and procedures of external payment service providers.

Article 7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal of Purchase

  1. Users may request cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's refund policy.
  2. Withdrawal of purchase may be restricted under applicable laws for digital content that is generated immediately or whose download has begun at the user's request, or for files or printed products customized with information entered by the user.
  3. If normal Content provision fails due to a service failure, duplicate payment, or a cause attributable to the Company, the Company will verify the issue and take appropriate measures such as re-provision, payment cancellation, or refund.
  4. For print orders, cancellation may be possible before production begins. However, once production has begun, cancellation or refund due to simple change of mind may be restricted.

Article 8. User Obligations

  1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, Service guidance, and notices.

  3. Users must ensure that WiFi information, store names, logos, text, images, and other materials they enter do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Article 9. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Rights to the Service itself, templates, UI, logos, design elements, software, and related materials belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders.
  2. Rights to WiFi information, store names, text, images, and other materials directly entered by users belong to the users or the relevant rights holders.
  3. Users may use sign files generated through the Service within the scope permitted by the Service for WiFi guidance purposes for themselves or stores they operate.
  4. Extracting paid or free templates as separate files for resale, or using the templates themselves in a competing service or mass-production service, is prohibited.

Article 10. Personal Information and Notifications

  1. The Company processes personal information within the scope necessary to provide the Service, manage accounts, process payments and orders, respond to support inquiries, and send notifications.
  2. Specific purposes of processing, processed items, retention periods, third-party provision, and outsourcing matters are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Company may send notifications necessary for Service use, such as support inquiry responses, order status updates, and payment notices, by email, SMS, KakaoTalk, or similar means. Marketing messages will be sent only when separate consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 11. Restriction of Service Use

If a user violates these Terms or applicable laws, or interferes with Service operation, the Company may restrict the user's Service use after prior notice. However, if there is an urgent security risk, suspected infringement of another person's rights, or suspected illegal activity, the Company may take necessary measures without prior notice.

Article 12. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company is not liable if it cannot provide the Service due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, cloud service failures, or payment service provider failures.
  2. Unless attributable to the Company, the Company is not liable for damages caused by user-side circumstances, including errors in information entered by users, output environments, print settings, or network conditions inside a store.
  3. For services provided free of charge, the Company assumes no warranty liability to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
  4. The Company's liability for damages is limited to cases of intent or negligence by the Company, and special or indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Article 13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  1. These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. If a dispute arises between the Company and a user, both parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute through consultation.
  3. Disputes that cannot be resolved through consultation may be resolved through the competent court or a dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable laws.
